Your Rights and Additional Information on the Use of Data

1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to share your personal data with other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract made with you or to fulfill the obligations of the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
   • hosting company on a data processing basis
   • couriers
   • postal operators
   • insurance companies
   • law firms and debt collectors
   • banks
   • payment operators
   • authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website's operation

5. You have the right to lodge a complaint about the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Service.
7. Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Administrator.
8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send it outside the European Union.

1. The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if it is provided.

Important Marketing Techniques

1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the provider of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by Google's advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.

The operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be tailored to the user's behavior on the site, which may create the impression that the user's personal data is being used for tracking. However, in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. The technological requirement for such actions is enabled cookie support.
3. The operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology allows the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a registered person is using the Service. In this case, it relies on the data for which it is the controller, and the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
4. The operator uses a solution that analyzes user behavior by creating heatmaps and recording behavior on the site. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service provider, so they do not know which individual it pertains to.
